As part of his department's "Design Decision" course, Qingping was given the assignment to pick a piece of trash for reuse, brainstorm 100 different ideas, and develop a working prototype of 3 of those ideas.

In this case, he is printing a template for collecting stamps -- rubber and postal -- on a plastic bag, making a unique object that the user will want to reuse, rethinking easily thrown away items.
