This evening, MA Curatorial Practice alumnus Noelia Lecue (class of 2018) came by to use the Visible Futures Lab's vinyl printer and cutter to make some BIG prints -- 10 feet tall to be exact!

The prints are sections of a wall mural that is part of the exhibition design for a show that she is co-curating at La Nacional at 234 West 14th Street. The show "The Welcomes" was conceived as a complement to Ellis Island's current show "The Farewells," an exhibition of early 20th-Century photography by Alberto Marti documenting the Galician exodus and arrival in NYC at the turn of the century.
